Our current strategy focuses on identifying and acquiring undervalued single family, residential, workforce and affordable housing and land for residential development throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Within our portfolio we strive for the perfect balance of long-term rental income and short-term sale/resale profit. We do this by acquiring a combination of distressed properties, value-add properties, and land for new construction. Some of the properties are held in our rental portfolio and others are sold retail. The entire redevelopment and development process is managed internally through our construction management company. All of our properties are managed internally through our property management company. Our vertically integrated structure and highly experienced management team allows us to maintain full control over the lifecycle of our assets.

Acquiring Assets
We identify, acquire, develop, and redevelop much needed workforce and affordable housing throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Our acquisitions team maintains key relationships with various Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE’s), financial institutions, and local real estate professionals to build out our discounted acquisitions pipeline. Our pipeline includes both real property and first position mortgages. We only accept capital investments that can be deployed or targeted for deployment in no less than 30 days and cash flowing typically within 90 days or less.
